Let's go now...New neighborhoods will spawn (in blocks of 3-5 per homestead at a time) as existing ones fill up.Abandoning houses will not make new neighborhoods spawn any faster!
There is a 24-hour delay between housing purchases. If you purchase a house and then abandon it, you will not be able to buy a house for another 24 hours. Choose your location wisely!
Abandoned houses have a cooldown before they re-enter the LOTRO gold market.
Additional housing brokers are temporarily available to meet demand!For the Bree-land Homesteads you will find a Housing Broker just outside of The Comb and Wattle Inn in Combe, and also in the center of Staddle.
For the Shire Homesteads you will find a Housing Broker at the Post Office in Waymeet, and also in the center of Tuckborough.
For the Falathorn Homesteads in the Elvish lands of Ered Luin you will find a Housing Broker near the docks in Celondim and also near the Scholar's Enclave in Duillond.
For the Thorin's Hall Homesteads in the Dwarvish lands of Ered Luin you will find a Housing Broker in the courtyard of both Noglond and Gondamon.
Known Issues of LOTRO gold game:
It is possible to delete a character who owns a house! There is no confirmation or warning if the character you are deleting is a house owner. Please be careful out there.
The Housing ownership effect is always displayed under player stats, but should not be visible at all.
Some of the Deluxe houses in the Shire Homesteads have duplicate hooks. This means that the Small Furniture hook next to the door when you enter will not show any items placed in it. All items placed on this hook will appear on the Small Furniture hook to the left of the fireplace instead. The specific houses affected are:
